In this data protection information I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of my website. I process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003).

When you visit this website, the web server automatically records your IP address, the pages accessed, and the start and end of the session in server log files. This is handled by my hosting provider (GreenWebspace, Vienna/Austria) for technical and security reasons and constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR. Log files are deleted monthly.

Contact form

If you contact me using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, phone number, message) will be transmitted directly to my e-mail address and is not stored on the server. I will retain this data in my e-mail inbox for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

This website is a static website and does not use any cookies. No tracking, no analytics, no third-party scripts. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact me.

Anonymous surveys

On some pages of this website I use short anonymous surveys to better understand the needs of workshop participants. No personal data is collected in these surveys: no names, no email addresses, and no IP addresses are stored. Responses are saved in aggregated form and used solely to tailor workshop content to participant needs. The legal basis for this processing is my legitimate interest in providing relevant and useful training (Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, cancellation and objection regarding your data stored by me.
