Über mich

Die Themen Forschung und Forschungskarrieren begleiten mich schon meine gesamte berufliche Laufbahn. Nach meinem Studium der technischen Physik und einem Doktorat in Biomathematik war ich zunächst als Forscherin in diesem Bereich tätig.

Um Menschen direkter unterstützen zu können und dennoch nahe an der Wissenschaft zu bleiben, wechselte ich in eine große Forschungsförderungsorganisation. Dort beriet und trainierte ich 16 Jahre lang internationale Forschende zur erfolgreichen Einreichung von EU-Projekten, unter anderem als Nationale Kontaktstelle für die Marie-Skłodowska-Curie-Maßnahmen, einem Förderprogramm mit Schwerpunkt auf der Karriereentwicklung von Forschern. Darüber hinaus war ich aktiv an mehreren europäischen Projekten als Trainerin, Moderatorin und Projektmanagerin beteiligt.

Mein eigener Werdegang und viele Begegnungen und Gespräche mit Wissenschafter*innen führten mich schließlich zu dem Entschluss, meine Unterstützung für Forschende auf eine neue Ebene zu bringen. Im Jahr 2021 gründete ich mein eigenes Unternehmen und arbeite nun als selbstständige Trainerin und Coach für Forschende.

Darüber hinaus habe ich zahlreiche Weiterbildungen zu spezifischen Themen wie Karrierecoaching, Führungskräftecoaching, Moderation und Kommunikation absolviert und erweitere mein Wissen systematisch durch regelmäßige Fortbildungen und Supervisionen.
